As a certified life coach and spiritual badass, I can help you boldly walk in your badass too. 

To get you there, we’ll meet regularly. I’ll ask lots of questions. We’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck and strategize on how to get you where you want to be.

Coaching is a partnership. I know you already have all the answers within you, so I won’t be focused on giving you advice. While I do have a background in cognitive psychology, I’m not a therapist or counselor. My focus is to help you create the future you want so you can live your truth and best life.
